A Few Questions You May Have
Q. How do you learn how to write well?
A. You learn how to write by writing- A LOT. It is the same for every other skill: you learn to do something by doing it. Ms. Kaplan will help you make your writing clear and understandable.

Q. How will Ms. Kaplan know if I wrote anything?
A. She will spend her weekends and after school hours reading your essays so we can discuss in class our level of preparedness for the actual test.

Q. I'm done with the essay you gave in class. Now what?
A. If you're done with the essay I gave in class, move on to making an outline for the next essay. After you're done with the outline, continue with the next essay and its pre-writing questions. Click here for the Essays.

Q. My writing looks good to me. How do I know it's good for the NYSESLAT?
